Ellor is a brand operated by Symka LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

Throughout these Terms, the terms “Ellor,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Symka LLC operating under the brand name Ellor.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

Ellor sells apparel products, including shapewear garments.

Our products are intended for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only.

They are not medical devices, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use if you:

  • Have circulatory issues

  • Have skin sensitivities

  • Have underlying medical conditions

Use of our products is at your own risk.

3. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings

  • Fit varies depending on body type

  • Measurements are approximate

We do not guarantee identical appearance to images displayed.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance.

An order is confirmed only when:

  • Payment has been successfully processed, and

  • A confirmation email is issued.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders

  • Refuse bulk purchasing

International customers are responsible for all applicable import charges.

We do not store full payment card details.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse high-risk transactions

Fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

7. SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

Delivery times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Natural disasters

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Government actions

Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

8. RETURNS AND ABUSE POLICY

is owned by Symka LLC or licensed appropriately.

  • Upload malicious code

  • Attempt to bypass security

Violation may result in immediate termination.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Symka LLC shall not be liable for:

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in dispute.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Symka LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Government actions

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruption

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Mexico, United States, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits to the extent permitted by law.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

International customers retain mandatory consumer rights applicable in their jurisdiction.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
