Ellor is a brand operated by Symka LLC, a U.S. registered limited liability company.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to the intimate nature of shapewear garments, items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or hygiene concerns cannot be accepted.

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Worn or used shapewear

  • Items without original tags

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item, please:

  1. Return the original product (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

The item must still meet the eligibility requirements stated above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Banks or card issuers may require additional processing time
